Rates turn upward

After falling for 6 straight weeks, mortgage rates took an upward tick. Freddie Mac's weekly survey shows rates on the 30-year fixed rate mortgage up to 6.12 percent from last week's 6.10 percent. Investors are reacting to an expected rate hike by the Federal Reserve next Tuesday.
